A customer enters the retail environment, lies on a mattress, and is guided through a series of questions about their mattress preferences by a salesperson. The customer lies on the mattress for a product demonstration in which the mattress firmness is adjusted and pressure maps are taken. The top three best product mattresses are recommended, as well as a recommended firmness. The customer can choose to have a copy of the report sent to their email address.
